What is about the 433Mhz LoRa Wireless Self-Grouping Network?

LoRa combines digital spread spectrum, digital signal processing, and forward error correction coding technology, with unprecedented performance, designers can then achieve both long-range and low power consumption, maximizing longer-range and lower-power data communication, making the situation in the field of embedded wireless communication change completely.

The main features of the 433Mhz LoRa module/antenna are.

1) High sensitivity and low power consumption

A link budget of up to 157db allows it to communicate up to 15km (environment dependent). Its receive current is only 10mA and sleep current 200nA, which greatly delays the battery life.

2) High system capacity

The gateway is the bridge between the node and the IP network (via 2G/3G/4G or Ethernet). Each gateway can handle 5 million communications between each node per day (assuming 10 Bytes per transmission and a network occupancy of 10%).

If the gateway is installed in the location of an existing mobile base station with a transmit power of 20dBm (100mW), it can cover about 2km in a built-up urban environment and up to 10km in a less dense suburban area.

These key features make 433Mhz LoRa technology very suitable for IoT applications that require low power consumption, long-range, a large number of connections, and location trackings, such as smart meter reading, smart parking, vehicle tracking, pet tracking, smart agriculture, smart industry, smart city, smart community, and other applications and fields.
