Modules
What are the Electronic Modules?
Electronic Modules are pre-assembled functional units built around core IC chips, equipped with peripheral resistors, capacitors, inductors, PCB circuits, connectors, shielding, and cooling structures.
Different from single packaged ICs or bare chips, modules are tested in advance. Customers do not need to design complex peripheral circuits by themselves. They only need a simple power supply and signal connection to realize the target function.
Our main module supply covers RF power amplifier modules, microwave modules, transceiver modules, sensor modules, and other custom RF modules for research, medical hyperthermia, communication, and industrial equipment.

Electronic modules are indispensable core components in modern electronic devices; they typically consist of multiple electronic components integrated onto a small circuit board and perform specific functions, such as signal processing, data conversion, and control logic.
There is a wide variety of electronic modules, which can be categorised into various types—such as analogue modules, digital modules, communication modules and power supply modules—depending on their functions and application scenarios. These modules connect to other devices or systems via standardised interfaces and protocols, enabling data exchange and functional coordination.
From a technical perspective, the design of electronic modules involves multiple technical fields, including circuit design, embedded systems development, and signal processing. For example, analogue modules are primarily responsible for converting continuous analogue signals into digital signals to facilitate subsequent processing and analysis; digital modules, on the other hand, process discrete digital signals to perform functions such as logic control. Communication modules are responsible for transmitting and receiving data, supporting a variety of communication protocols—such as RS485, CAN, and Ethernet—to meet communication requirements in different scenarios.
In terms of application scenarios, electronic modules are widely used in various fields, including industrial automation, smart homes, automotive electronics, and medical electronics. In the field of industrial automation, electronic modules serve as core components of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), enabling the automated control and monitoring of production lines; in the smart home sector, they are used to enable functions such as remote control of household appliances and environmental monitoring; whilst in automotive electronics, they are responsible for vehicle safety control, infotainment systems, and other functions.
With regard to industry standards, the design and production of electronic modules must comply with a series of international and domestic standards, such as IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards and GB (National Standards). These standards specify performance metrics, safety requirements, and testing methods for electronic modules, thereby ensuring their quality and reliability.
When selecting electronic modules, several factors must be taken into account. Firstly, functional requirements: choose the appropriate module type based on the actual application scenario; secondly, performance metrics, such as the number of input and output points, processing speed, and communication rates; thirdly, reliability and stability: select modules that have undergone rigorous testing and validation; and finally, cost considerations: choose modules that offer good value for money within the budget.
Furthermore, the installation and maintenance of electronic modules are matters that require attention. During installation, modules must be fitted correctly in accordance with the installation instructions to avoid faults caused by improper installation; during maintenance, the operational status of the modules must be checked regularly, and damaged components replaced promptly to ensure the modules continue to function correctly.
